Views sought on future of old bus station building

People are being asked for their views on the future use of at least one building at a former bus station.

Taunton Town Council is hoping to take on the running of two buildings at the site on Tower Street.

The bus station was closed at the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and repurposed as a vaccine centre.

Somerset Council, which owns the entire site, put forward proposals last year to revamp the bus station and has secured funding to support creating a waiting room.
